Last week, I complained about what appeared to be a new walkway being built through a parking lot by my house.But upon closer inspection, it looks more like a tram or light-rail station.
What the hell is this thing?

The Urban Land Institute had a blurb about this in their latest magazine. It will be an art walk, with screens attached to those posts with some kind of abstract art walk-through experience.
