Consumer Value Stores
To the people of CVS, "extra service" means your prescriptions are ready when promised.™
Regular service, as the store's customers know, means your prescription won't be ready when promised. And when you ask about it, they'll yell at you.

It was better when it was still Peoples. Dart Drug was even better.
I'd like to point out a couple things here. First, WFY is being WAY more old man-ish than I am. Peoples? C'mon!
Second, I like that our paths have crossed so many times that we may, in fact, be talking about the exact same location.
I'm assuming that's the same CVS near my office. My favorite trip there was three or four years ago, the lady in front of me yelling at the pharmacy employees (after being told of an insurance coverage mixup) repeatedly for a few minutes: "Where's my damn percocet!? ... I want my damn percocet!"
I haven't brought a prescription there since.
