I wonder if NIH makes a scrapple chopper

I was packing up our kitchen supplies last month when I came across a plastic pizza cutter that SAL gave us from the National Institutes of Health.

It sure was nice of NIH to put out a product that makes it easier for people to eat pizza.

But wait.

Should the National Institutes of Health be promoting pizza? Maybe they should make souvenir carrot peelers instead.

Re: non-smoking 9:30 club from your Twitter scroll:

I don't remember the "new" 9:30 club being too bad with smoke, but the old one was a nightmare. You'd walk in and the air would be blue, but by the time the show was over it was brown.

I don't remember having a problem with the color of the air, but when I would come home from a show our whole apartment smelled like smoke for days.

I think that's the second smoke-free show I've been to there this year. I love going to shows there (or anywhere in DC for that matter) now that the smoking ban is in place.

oh, and maybe the NIH pizza cutter works best on vegetarian pizzas? Just to keep it healthy.

Maybe that's it. But it sure works well on pepperoni...
