NYT path forward

The New York Times said yesterday that it wants to double its digital revenue from $400 million in 2014 to $800 million by 2020.

Other than putting its ambitious plan into a PDF, I love the way they're thinking about their readers: "Our first two million subscribers — including our more than one million newspaper subscribers — grew up with The New York Times spread out over their kitchen tables. The next million must be fought for and won over with The Times on their phones."
